TPU Hot Melt Glue Film is a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive film supported by release paper that can be repeatedly heated and plasticized. This adhesive film provides excellent bonding capabilities with good feel and resilience, along with superior cold resistance properties. It offers excellent adhesion to textiles, TPU, PVC materials, and various applications including phone cases.

We provide 1-3 yards of each model for testing purposes. Customers are only required to pay for freight. Please provide your company information so we can calculate the shipping costs for you.
Store at temperatures between 20-30℃ with humidity levels of 45-55%. Protect from ultraviolet light and store in dark conditions (including protection from artificial and natural light). Avoid long-term contact with air. Material stacking strength should not be excessive, and stacking height should be moderate. If cutting is not required, maintain original packaging. If cutting excess material is unavoidable, consume within one day when proper packaging is not available.

It is a solid film at room temperature supported by release paper. When heated to its melting point, it becomes capable of bonding various materials. Different hot melt adhesive film materials have different performances and applications. We will recommend the right products based on your specific requirements.
